Beautiful Flowers Garden: Beautiful The Cathedral of Brasilia was designed by archietct Oscar Niemeyer and built in the early 70s on the Esplanade of the Ministries (Mall) that leads up to the Congress. The trees in the foregorund are the spectacular Ipê Roxo (Tabebuia impetiginosa), which are in bloom now for almost two months.
